This place is impressively good. Traditional Chinese restaurant menu with consistently excellent food. I really think their egg drop soup is exceptional and their spring rolls always taste fresh snd crisp rather than sodden with old oil and overcooked as so many places do.
Tasty China has been on Route 80 in Tully long enough to be part of the town's identity, and in a small town that means something. The kind of longevity that a family-run Chinese restaurant earns in a village of this size requires consistent food and a relationship with the people who live there. Tasty China has both.
I've been coming here for years. The lo mein is reliable. The general chicken is the standard I'd measure anything else on the menu against. The soups are better than they need to be. Portions are generous at a price point that's held steady against a market where everything else has climbed.
Five stars for a restaurant that has maintained its standards quietly and consistently, and for what it means to a small town to still have it.
