Including descriptive review due to owner response: The standards for fast food taco bell are not high and a 5 star review would be possible for a taco bell location to be judged within the norms of the industry. Two stars deserved for the following: All food very hastily and poorly prepared, sloppy sauces, lettuce everywhere etc. Ordering for a car with 5 people in it, order taker was too concerned with their drive thru clock and must have said "is that all" 8 or 9x. The correct language you should train for both politeness and increased sales is "would you like anything else" The order was $40+ in food and drinks, after getting the food and driving off, had to return to get multiple missing items ( 5 or 6).. not only is that an annoyance, it also led to the food that was placed in the bag to go cold by the time we got what would have been a ten minute drive home, but instead was a return trip, waiting for food to be prepared again and driving back. Not a good experience and fast food can be prepared w/ respect, your kitchen needs stricter oversight.
I had passed this place a dozen times before I finally stopped. For this part of central New York, Taco Bell holds its own.
The crowd at the hour we arrived was light enough that the space revealed itself properly.
My family had a different set of reactions than I did, all of them positive. That's the range a good place accommodates.
I'd try it again in a year on the theory that these things sometimes self-correct.
