It was between lunch and dinner service, which I prefer. The first five minutes set a tone the rest of the visit confirmed.
They sourced locally enough to mention it on the menu and specifically enough that it seemed genuine rather than branding.
They were deep in service when we arrived. The kitchen didn't show it.
Worth the extra miles on the route if you're not already close.
