It was between lunch and dinner service, which I prefer. For this part of central New York, Giacomo's Pizza holds its own.
The vegetable sides were treated as part of the dish, not an afterthought. That tells you something about where the kitchen's head is.
The dining room volume was controlled. Conversations at our table didn't require leaning in.
