It was between lunch and dinner service, which I prefer. Visited from out of town to try out the unique tasting menu. Was not let down, great experience.
I ordered the session IPA and then a pint of whatever the bartender recommended. Both were worth the pour.
The tasting room had the kind of community energy that builds over years, not months.
The kind of place that reset my expectations for the category in this region.
