Disney Store

I found myself in the Disney Store at Destiny USA on a December day when my daughter had a specific mission and the efficiency of the staff made the visit work faster than it had any right to. Four stars for a retail experience at a mall that was otherwise testing my patience, carried entirely by how the floor staff managed a busy December crowd without losing the thread.

The product is what it is. What separates individual locations is the staff, and this one had people on the floor who actually moved the room. Knew the inventory, read the customers, closed the transaction without theater. That is not universal.

Four stars. The store itself is a Disney Store. The staff earned the rating.
