China Wong's is in the Bayberry Plaza strip on Oswego Road, which is the same strip where we run most of the household errands when we're in Liverpool. Four stars, which is honest for a Chinese-American restaurant in a strip mall in Central New York: the food is reliable, the portions are right, and the soup comes out the way it should. I have been in enough kitchens to know when an operation is running correctly at its scope, and this one is. You're not going to recalibrate your expectations for the category here, but you're going to leave with what you ordered and it will be what you expected.
