Three stars. Buffalo Wild Wings in the Camillus Township Boulevard strip does what it does — chicken wings, beer, sports on screens at a volume calibrated to prevent conversation — and the execution is at the level the brand maintains across its locations. Nothing exceptional. Nothing that fails.
Bad Axe Throwing is right next door, which means this particular B-Dubs gets a lot of pre- and post-axe traffic, and the sports bar format handles that crowd adequately. The wings are the reason anyone comes. They're acceptable. The sauces are the sauces. The beer list is broad enough.
Three stars is the chain score when the location executes the model without degrading it. This one does. Costco is nearby for what it's worth. The Marcus Cinema next door gets one star, which means if you're at this part of the plaza you should throw axes and eat wings and skip the movie theater entirely.
