All photographs are exclusively owned by Joshua Gallagher. Use of any image beyond free personal viewing requires a license. We offer three tiers of licensing.
Tier 1 — Personal Use (Digital Download)
Available for purchase directly on each artwork's detail page.
- Personal screen use (wallpapers, personal devices)
- Printing for personal home display (non-commercial)
- Sharing on personal social media with credit: @joshuasunforged
Not permitted: commercial reproduction, resale, sublicensing, use in products for sale, or AI training.
Tier 2 — Editorial License
For use in journalism, news media, blogs, and non-profit publications.
- Digital or print editorial publication (single use)
- Must include photographer credit: Photo © Joshua Gallagher / joshuasunforged.com
- Cannot be altered, cropped beyond standard editorial practice, or combined with AI-generated content
Editorial licenses are negotiated on a per-use basis. Contact us with your publication and intended use.
Tier 3 — Commercial License
For advertising, product packaging, commercial campaigns, merchandise, and other commercial purposes.
- Exclusive or non-exclusive rights available
- Territory and duration defined by the license agreement
- Custom pricing based on use case, reach, and duration

Print Products
Fine art prints sold directly through this site include a limited license for personal display only. The physical print is yours; the copyright remains with Joshua Gallagher.
What Is Never Licensed
- AI/ML training, fine-tuning, or benchmarking — under any license tier
- Use that implies endorsement by Joshua Gallagher without written agreement
- Resale or sublicensing of any license rights
