Reporting Infringement of Third-Party Works

Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district where your address is located

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
